Please submit your claim with supporting document(s) within 30 days after the date of incident. If you are still abroad and unable to report the claim to us now, please submit it as soon as possible after your return to Hong Kong.

If the total claim amount exceeds HKD1,000, you are required to mail the original supporting document(s) to us after your submission of claim in this application.

You can apply online for your own claim and/or your child(ren)’s claim(s). For claim on behalf of other insured person(s), please click HERE to download a claim form and return the claim form duly completed and signed by the claimant together with supporting documents.

For security reasons, all information filled in for the claim application will be automatically erased without system notice upon the lapse of a pre-set time period. Unless you are our member and have logged in your account, you have to complete each page of your claim application within 3 minutes.

We reserve the rights to require you to submit a duly completed and signed claim form and additional documents/information, and assign loss adjusters to investigate the loss if necessary.

Claim application submitted before 8:00p.m. will be processed on the next working day. Other claim application submitted after 8:00p.m. will be processed in 2 working days after your submission.

Your completion and submission of claim application shall not be construed as admission of liability on the part of CMB Wing Lung Insurance.
